Description:
As part of the Bamboo DNA creative and production team, I contributed to the design and development of Bamboo City — a large-scale art installation showcased at EDC Las Vegas. The piece transformed the festival grounds into a futuristic forest of illuminated bamboo structures, blending organic design with advanced visual technology.
Over the course of several months, I collaborated with the Bamboo DNA team to develop the visual concept, design the projection layout, and produce original video content for the installation. The process required detailed coordination between structural design, projection placement, and scenic lighting integration to ensure every surface and beam of light interacted harmoniously across the sprawling setup.
Outcome:
The Bamboo City installation became a visual landmark within EDC — a glowing, kinetic environment that pulsed with motion and energy. Our work demonstrated how video, light, and architectural design can converge to create immersive festival experiences that feel alive, evolving, and interconnected.
