CDS Publications in Medford, Oregon had recently secured Apple as a major print client and needed a high-impact way to demonstrate their production quality and specialty printing techniques. I was brought in to develop a series of sample concepts, layouts, and visual directions that highlighted the capabilities of their presses, finishes, and materials.
My work focused on creating clean, modern, Apple-aligned design studies that could be used to test:
- Specialty inks and finishing techniques
- Paper stocks and textures
- Precision color reproduction
- High-end layout and typography standards
These curated design samples became part of CDS Publications’ presentation kit, helping them showcase their technical range and creative versatility to Apple and other premium clients.
