Overview
I was commissioned to design the logo for IMERSA, an organization dedicated to advancing immersive media, full-dome experiences, and next-generation storytelling technologies. The goal was to create a mark that reflected the organization’s mission: innovation, immersion, and the expanding world of experiential digital environments.
The final logo communicates motion, dimensionality, and connection — core themes within the immersive media community.
Creative Direction
IMERSA sits at the intersection of art, science, and technology, so the brand needed a visual identity that felt both futuristic and accessible. My creative approach centered on:
- Clean geometric forms
- Subtle motion-inspired curves
- A spherical / dome-like sensibility
- A professional yet forward-thinking tone
The design captures the essence of immersion — stepping beyond the flat plane into a world where content surrounds the viewer.

Logo Concept
The logo is built around a continuous, wrapping form that suggests:
- Dome projection
- Spherical media
- Panoramic environments
- Depth, curvature, and flow
- The interconnected nature of the global immersive community
Its shape evokes the feeling of standing inside a full-dome experience — a space where content envelopes you and the boundary between audience and media dissolves.
